This past weekend my mom and I ventured via train to Chicago!!! My mom ran in the Big Ten 10k, I ran in the 5k. We were fortunate enough to stay with my Aunt Janet who just moved to Chicago 10 weeks ago! Check out her new blog HERE!
We both represented our, well at least my "soon to be" alma maters! With the exception of my mom's shorts and body paint. My mom has been running in road races for the past 12 weeks for a total of 12 races! Go MoM!
I also got to zip from Michigan City to Plymouth for a night to celebrate my friend Jaimie's birthday and catch up with Jessica! YayyyY!
